Reporting a Game Issue
Details make it easier to understand what happened. You can tell us which game you were using—Classic, NBA Higher or Lower or Movie Higher or Lower—and what you expected to see. The page URL and the names of the two topics, players or movies involved are often more useful than a general description of an incorrect answer.
For layout or technical problems, it can help to mention whether you were on a phone or computer, your browser, and the steps you took before the issue appeared. A screenshot is welcome if it does not contain private information. You do not need to send device identifiers, detailed browsing history or unrelated personal data.
Questioning a Search, NBA or Movie Statistic
Each version of HigherLowerHub compares a different number. The Classic game uses a relative 1–100 score derived from estimates of US Google search interest; the NBA edition uses 2025–26 regular-season points per game; and the Movie edition uses reported worldwide box office revenue in US dollars.
Before reporting a discrepancy, check the explanation on the relevant game page. A different season, a later movie re-release, a new source update or a different method of rounding can explain why two numbers do not match.
If a comparison still looks incorrect, include the title or name involved, the displayed value, and a link to a reliable source for the number you expect. We'll review the information and consider a correction when the evidence supports one.
Privacy and Personal Information
You can play without signing in. The games save personal-best streaks locally in your browser, which you can remove using your browser's site-data controls. For details about Google Analytics, website access and emails sent to support, please read the Privacy Policy.
If you're contacting us about an email you previously sent, identify the relevant message so we can locate it. Please avoid sending passwords, financial account details, identity documents or other sensitive information. Email is not an appropriate channel for securely transferring such information.
Copyright, Images and Attribution
We take questions about image use, names, data citations and other site content seriously. If you represent a rights holder or believe material has been used incorrectly, include the exact webpage URL, a description of the material, the reason for your concern and a way for us to follow up. This helps distinguish requests about facts and data sources from concerns about photographs, logos or other creative works.
